Compensation: $87,300 - $186,400 yearly Responsibilities: * Utilize the CRM system efficiently to maintain accurate and updated customer information for reference by agents. * Employ persistent follow-up strategies to successfully secure appointments with buyers or listing agents. * Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads effectively to convert them into new clients. * Engage in continuous follow-up via phone calls and emails to foster repeat business from previous clients. * Track and document quarterly and monthly sales performance metrics to achieve the team's sales goals and conversion rates. * Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales. * Adhere to team strategies and plans to optimize sales performance. * Efficiently generate leads to establish a strong client base. * Promptly and effectively schedule client appointments. * Successfully close appointments and sales to boost revenue. * Aim to progress to a lead buyer or listing agent role within the team. * Master the use of the database and CRM systems to streamline processes and increase productivity. Qualifications: * A valid U.S. driver's license. * Real Estate License of the motivation to get one. * Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role. * Proficiency in establishing and nurturing client relationships is a key qualification for the position.
