Sundance is a full service boat dealership. We sell new boats from 24-75 feet. The majority of the work is rigging boats to sell. There will also be warranty work on boats. We are in need of an experienced marine technician that can teach less experienced technicians, and show a younger crew what it means to be a professional in a work place. We want reliability, proficiency in systems, and a calm, measured demeanor that works well with others and de- escalates conflict. During boat show season there is also set up and tear down of the displays at the boat show displays. Sundance is a 3rd generation company. The family works closely with the staff. Many of our staff have been here over 20,30 and even 40 years. If you are looking for a non corporate place that cares about people, we could be a good fit.
