Job Overview Arrowhead Roofing & Exteriors, a roofing, gutter, and siding contractor, was founded in 2021 with an emphasis on integrity, excellent workmanship, and the highest quality customer service. We have been successful in this endeavor, as evidenced by our excellent Google reviews and the number of word of mouth referrals that we receive, and are excited to take things to the next level. We have just rolled out a new logo and marketing plan, and are seeking personable and motivated individuals to join our sales team. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with prospects as well as existing customers. * Manage office-provided leads, as well as develop your own organically. * Perform roof inspections (training will be provided). * Explain the roofing process, product options, and manage customer expectations. * Help customers through the insurance claim process. Requirements * Roofing, construction, or sales experience preferred, but not required. * Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude. * Must be able to climb a ladder to inspect a roof when necessary. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
