Compensation: $250,000 base + commissions Responsibilities: * Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products * Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM * Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events * Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met * Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory * Follow the sales team plan * Lead generate * Set new appointments * Sales talk mastery * Be a team player * B2B * Sales routes * Sales calls * Make good first impressions Qualifications: * Experience using a CRM is preferred * Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role * Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred * Sales experience required * Must live in the Bay Area currently, preferably daily driving proximity to San Jose * Good communication * Must have working rights in the USA * Must have a driver's license * Must be 21 or older * Ability to make good first impressions * A clean driving record required * Total compensation listed reflects on-target earnings (base + commissions) when performance goals are met.
