Full description of the position

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage inside sales teams, conduct product demos, and implement successful sales strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory. * Manage and mentor the inside sales team, providing guidance on best practices in sales management and retail sales. * Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. * Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales strategies. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior management. Qualifications * Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, with a strong focus on inside sales. * Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and business development. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively during product demos. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Experience in retail sales is a plus but not required. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
