Full description of the position
Goal The Regional Director East - Prepared Foods is responsible for leading the sales and marketing strategy management for the assigned customer base withing Prepared Foods. This responsibility includes leading and coaching the entire Prepared Foods East team as well as strategic planning and execution of the annual revenue plan, regional P&L management, broker management and mentoring across all of InnovAsian's Prepared Foods product portfolio. These efforts also include setting the proper pricing, promotional strategy, and account development within the defined account relationships. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage revenue, trade spend and SG&A budgets to annual targets * Lead development of full year and quarterly marketing plans and execution strategies * Respectful and effective broker management ensuring maximum support of our partners. * This includes headquarter support, performance analysis including post promotional analysis; administrative support including AR-7 trade promotional management for accurate deal entry as well as aging and deduction management * Develop strong and respectful relationships with all customers within the region * Utilize market/data intelligence (Nielsen/IRI, AR7, Tableau, internal insights) to optimize brand sales, SKU success, and trade spend efficiency, turning insights into action * Responsible for the management and growth of direct report employees within East region * Profitably expand depth and breadth of brand within the territory (SKU penetration) as well as brand share through strategic promotional and pricing initiatives * Work closely with Senior Sales Manager, Prepared Foods and at times with Chief Growth Officer to align and drive accountability for key objectives, especially new launches and major accounts within the respective region PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Core Values These are the fundamental beliefs of what leads to success at InnovAsian Cuisine.
