We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. We anticipate a few months of initial training to build credibility and knowledge before fully stepping into the management role. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee the daily operations of the office. * Manage office staff and delegate tasks. * Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. * Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence. * Maintain office supplies and equipment. * Implement and enforce office policies and procedures. * Coordinate with other departments to support agency operations. QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in office software and management tools. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
