Position Overview As Client Associate you will play a pivotal role in a sales support role that helps the Financial Advisor to ensure seamless operations and excellent client experiences. You will be the primary contact for our clients. You will manage administrative tasks, assist with client outreach, and support business development by inputting data and delivery of plans for financial planning efforts. This is a full-time, on-site position with a private office and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide client service support to the Financial Advisor * Conduct client and prospect outreach via phone, including initiating introductions to new prospects * Schedule meetings, appointments and calls for the FA and team * Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, prospects, and team members to build rapport and trust. * Accurately prepare and process client paperwork, ensuring compliance with financial regulations / helps clients with account services * Helps with preparation of reports, proposals, and marketing materials including financial planning software and delivery of reports * Prepare reports and materials for client meetings * Maintain and update client records in our CRM system / strong detail oriented * Handle client inquiries and service requests * Escalates issues * Build and maintain client relationships * Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and office organization Required Skills and Attributes * Strong Pone Skills: Ability to make outbound calls and engage prospects professionally and persuasively. * Social Skills: A natural ability to build connections, actively listen, and convey enthusiasm in client interactions. * Professionalism: Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and adherence to form business attire standards in the office. * Energetic, self-motivated, and flexible * Strong detail oriented * Works efficiently to fulfill client needs * Communicates frequently and has discretion with sensitive information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus) Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or higher * Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 registration * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. * Prior experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable but not required * Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies, and procedures * Strong client service and technological skills * Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Compensation and Benefits * Competitive salary with potential performance-based bonuses * Private office space in a professional and supportive work environment * Opportunities for ongoing training and career development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Financial Services: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Series 7 (Preferred) * Series 66 (Required) * Series 63 (Required) * Securities Industry Essentials (Required) Ability to Commute: * Palo Alto, CA 94301 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Palo Alto, CA 94301: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In personThriving Asset Management
