If you're getting back to work in logistics, you could also be a good fit. We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals with logistics sales experience, to join the ALG team. We are offering a base salary based on previous experience, and a lucrative uncapped commission plan. Our top commission rate is a straight 40% cut of the profit (Gross Margin) you generate. We also offer ramping bonuses while you grow your book of business. Here in 2025, we are offering $17,000 in ramping bonuses (outside of our normal commission plan) to each new hire.
