You 'll bring: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Sales experience * Be willing to work as a member of a team * Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction * Prior customer service experience is encouraged * Valid Driver's License and not be afraid of heights (You will need to be able to get on a residential roof) * Access to vehicle able to carry ladders is required * The ability to meet new people with confidence. You will knock doors in in this position. What you do: * Work with the homeowner to educate and assist them on their roofing, siding and window projects. * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily We are looking for experienced salespeople AND people looking to make a change in their career.
