Description This is an entry level sales position with some administrative duties.*The primary role of our counter assistants is to: * Answer phones * Greet customers * Serve as a cashier on small purchases * Transfer and restock accessory products * Assist the store manager in receiving and transferring product and communicating with Rich's main office * Assist in basic maintenance and tidiness of the sales floor Salary: $16.28 + 4% commission Benefits: full benefits after 90 days Requirements What would make you an ideal candidate? * You're high energy * Organized * A quick learner * Dress and carry yourself professionally * Excellent communication skills * Self-starter * Have retail experience (not required) * Customer service-oriented * Emotionally mature * Goal-oriented * A desire to learn about Rich's line of high-end specialty products * A desire to move into a full-time sales position with high earning potential * Ability to work weekends Open now: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM 17750 W.
