Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. * Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline. * Engage in direct sales efforts by meeting with clients, presenting services, and closing deals. * Manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. Requirements * Experience in outside sales or a related field preferred. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop effective sales strategies. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. * Experience in business development and lead generation is highly desirable. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
