Requirements Proven experience as a Commission Sales Representative or similar role. * Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools. * Knowledge of the Hospitality and/or Automotive product / service cleaning industry is a plus.
