National Accounts Manager Location: Sugar Grove, IL Reports To: Dustin Zeitler, Co-CEO Job Type: Full- Time Position Overview RealClean Franchisor is looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to manage and expand our National Accounts Program. This role is ideal for someone who is independent, highly organized, and thrives on building strong B2B partnerships while ensuring seamless execution across our franchise system. The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value partnerships with Chain FBOs, MROs, Dealer Networks, and other aviation-related businesses. Additionally, this role will oversee lead management, CRM organization, and franchisee engagement to ensure national sales opportunities are maximized. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & CRM Oversight * Maintain and oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups. * Manage inbound leads from national sales efforts, ensuring timely engagement and follow-through. * Distribute and monitor lead flow to franchise partners, ensuring smooth handoff and conversion. * Track lead performance and identify opportunities for improvement. National Account Development & Growth * Identify, negotiate, and establish long-term partnerships with key corporate clients. * Work closely with leadership to strategically expand national partnerships and revenue channels. * Drive new business opportunities and create scalable growth strategies for national accounts. Partner Relationship Management * Act as the primary liaison for national accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent service quality. * Support franchise partners in delivering high-level service to national clients. * Monitor performance and proactively identify areas for enhancement in national partnerships. Collaboration & Reporting * Align with Franchise Partners, Sales Teams, and Corporate Leadership to execute a unified national sales strategy. * Analyze sales trends and account performance, providing insights and recommendations. * Ensure franchisees follow best practices for sales processes and customer engagement. Qualifications & Skills * 3+ years of experience in national sales, account management, or franchise sales. * Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management best practices. * Proven ability to build, manage, and grow B2B relationships. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working within a franchise or multi-location business environment (preferred but not required). * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with franchise partners.
