We are currently seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for selling assigned products and services to an established customer base with a focus on increasing business yearly while continually developing and looking to develop new accounts. Responsibilities * Act as the main contact for account-specific matters, building strong customer relationships, and acquiring new customers. * Identify opportunities to expand product sales with existing customers and develop new accounts within the industry. * Demonstrate product offerings to customers using various resources. * Prepare sales contracts, coordinate with departments, and utilize CRM software to plan and document sales efforts. * Stay updated on products and technologies, attend industry events, and participate in sales planning activities. * Collaborate with internal teams, report competitive conditions, and inform customers of company policies. * Maintain flexibility to adapt to changes and handle assigned tasks effectively.
