Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing accurate change. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to enhance customer interactions. * Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store environment. * Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory levels. * Upsell additional products to customers by identifying their needs and suggesting relevant items. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
