We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Tigard OR. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes * Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers * Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities * Work closely with producers to ensure a seamless client experience * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance * Active property and casualty insurance license * Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
