Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pool and Landscape Designer to join our dynamic team, we are a Pool and Landscape company that has been in business for over 40 years. This role involves collaborating with management, sales teams and our customers to understand their vision, creating innovative designs. A strong background in landscape architecture and design principles is essential, along with proficiency in relevant software tools. This is a commission based position! Duties * Collaborate with management and clients to assess their needs and preferences for landscape design projects. * Develop landscape designs that incorporate hardscape and softscape elements. * Utilize software such as CAD, Pool Studio, and Adobe to create detailed design plans and presentations a plus * Conduct site analysis to evaluate environmental factors and site conditions impacting design decisions. * Prepare construction documents and specifications for project implementation. * Coordinate with management and construction teams to ensure designs are executed accurately. * Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in landscape architecture. Requirements * Proficiency in design software including CAD, Pool Studio, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus * Knowledge of hardscape design principles and materials. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with management and sales team members. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense in design work. * Previous experience in construction is a plus.
