What You'll Do: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Follows company procedures with respect to all essential duties and responsibilities of the job. * Answers telephone calls from client employees regarding employee benefits. * Responds to requests for information. * Assists client employees with benefits enrollment process. * Inputs data into client management system. What You'll Need: Minimum Qualifications, Education and/or Experience: * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Post-secondary degree and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
