This role will involve developing and managing your own book of business, while ensuring customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will be a skilled salesperson with a deep expertise in food service equipment sales and a strong commitment to fostering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Client Development: Proactively generate leads and build new client relationships. Leverage your leadership skills to guide your team in securing business and expanding our client base. * Customer Guidance: Assist clients in selecting the right equipment to meet their needs, ensuring they receive tailored and effective solutions. Model best practices for your team in providing top-notch customer service. * Collaboration: Work closely with in-house teams and third-party service providers to deliver exceptional service and solutions. Foster a collaborative environment and a positive energy across departments. * Customer Service: Oversee and ensure outstanding service throughout project installation and service phases. Address and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer lifetime value and drive repeat business. * Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of trends and advancements in the food service industry. Share insights with your team to ensure they remain knowledgeable and competitive.
