Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of market trends to effectively position our products and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize proprietary CRM for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. * Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products/services to prospective clients. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning initiatives. * Manage projects related to business development efforts, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Experience * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a relevant industry. * Strong understanding of software solutions and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Experience with project management principles and practices is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. * Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable plans.
