Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth working with our techs through lead generation and account management within the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC sales, working with field techs, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to analyze customer needs and upsell products will be crucial to your success in this position. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Assist current techs to generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms. * Conduct thorough needs with techs and customers to analysis to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. * Manage accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance lead generation efforts. * Utilize inside sales techniques to close deals effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism. * Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance for management review. Experience * Proven experience in sales management, particularly in HVAC. Not a requirement, but helpful. * Strong skills in lead generation and account management. * Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies. * Demonstrated success in upselling products or services to existing clients. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Experience in inside sales preferred but not required.
