Duties * Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn will go a long way! * Reliability: You need reliable transportation and the ability to manage your schedule effectively. * Team Player: While you'll be working independently, a collaborative mindset and team spirit are essential to success. * Attention to Detail: Ability to assess roofing needs and provide accurate measurements is key to the role. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. * Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and support. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and customer needs. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software tools. * Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to inform sales strategies. * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients. * Growth Potential: As we grow, so can you - with opportunities for advancement.
