Outside Sales Representative Are you a driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing business? Mr. Handyman is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive new customer acquisition. Do you have connections with hotels, restaurants, warehouses, gas stations, apartment complexes, office buildings, or retail outlets? If so, we want you! Responsibilities: * Prospect for new commercial customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales, networking events, and other lead generation activities * Effectively communicate our wide range of handyman services and sell the value of our professional, reliable solutions * Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective customers through persistent follow-up * Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets * Gather detailed information on prospective customers' needs and requirements * Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless transition from sale to service delivery * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM Requirements: * Proven track record in B2B outside sales. * Excellent communication and persuasive selling abilities * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite What We Offer: * Competitive compensation, based on experience. * Positive team environment with supportive leadership * Unlimited earning potential with a proven and reputable brand * Company gas card * Car allowance Remember, we're looking to hire only the best.
