About PMI: Property Management Inc. (PMI) is a leading full-service property management company, operating in the residential, commercial, and brokerage sectors. This role is for our East Bay office, PMI ALL Bay. We also maintain a full maintenance division and HVAC/Plumbing division. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Business Development to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic initiatives and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations, sales strategies, and customer relationship management, along with a background in Real Estate Sales, or legal administration or property leasing. Licensed Realtors can do both sales and property management at high paying commission structures. This role is commission-only, performance Bonus plan with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually Primary Responsibilities: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: Client acquisition and driving door growth within established residential & commercial pillars Developing and implementing sales processes and procedures using company- designated software platforms Seeking out acquisitions of other property management companies and facilitating the onboarding process during large purchases of portfolios. Launching and spearheading the initial growth of new business segments Identifying and facilitating the onboarding process for large portfolio acquisition Maintaining the PMI brand presence across various networking channels, including participation in weekly BNI meetings, REIA meetings, and other networking organizations * Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance market share and drive revenue growth. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster collaboration and business opportunities. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all business dealings. * Oversee property leasing processes, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. * Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals. * Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
