Summary As a Sales Professional at All Pro Building Maintenance, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by managing territories and fostering relationships with clients. This role is vital to our mission of delivering top-notch building maintenance services while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales efforts. * Manage territories to maximize sales potential and client relationships. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications * Proven experience in direct sales or territory management, preferably in the service industry..
