What does a job as a Century 21 Real Estate Agent - New or Existing look like? As a real estate agent, you will walk your clients through the home buying and/or home selling process from start to finish. Advise your clients as a trusted advisor, including suggesting renovations to improve their homes. Walk through homes, value homes, and manage tour and open house events. Negotiate real estate deals and complete contracts. As a real estate agent, you need to be involved with your community and build and maintain relationships. Continued education and training opportunities will be available to you on a regular basis. What are the requirements? No experience is necessary. You must be 18 years old and obtain your real estate license in the state of Tennessee. You must complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing coursework.
