Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Owner Account Manager to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of vacation rental property owners. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of each assigned owner and property, while managing the overall relationship with professionalism and attention to detail. This is an on-site role based in Sevier County, TN. Applicants should reside in or near Sevier, Blount, Cocke Counties, or East/South Knoxville. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the liaison between vacation rental property owners and the company * Monitor and manage owner accounts, property performance, and financial reporting * Review statements and invoices, ensuring accuracy and clarity * Identify trends and proactively address financial or operational issues * Manage projects and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within hospitality or vacation rentals * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred * Reliable transportation, current insurance, and a clean driving record What We Offer * Competitive salary * Bonus opportunities * Supportive and inclusive work environment * Opportunities for growth within a thriving company If you're a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast- paced environment and loves building strong relationships--we'd love to hear from you!
