All Roads/Acura of Ellicott City is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the Pre-Owned/Used department at our growing dealership. The ideal candidate is motivated, well-organized and has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong customer relationships. This position will manage a team of sales professionals, set and obtain sales and profit standards. Additionally, they must address the concerns of customers and ensure excellent service.* A stable work history, proven leadership skills and the desire to make an immediate impact are a must! *Prior dealership management experience required! Pre-owned and luxury brands will be given preference. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Hours of operation range from 9 am - 9 pm (Monday - Friday) and 9 am - 5 pm (Saturday).
