We're currently seeking a results- driven Account Executive to help us expand our client base and build long- lasting partnerships. Position Overview As an Account Executive , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with our recruiting team to deliver outstanding hiring solutions. You'll be the face of our agency to our clients and act as a trusted advisor on their talent needs. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals * Understand client hiring needs, company culture, and industry trends to provide tailored staffing solutions * Conduct job intake meetings and collaborate with recruiters to ensure accurate candidate placement * Manage open job requisitions, candidate pipelines, and client communications * Negotiate terms of service, pricing, and placement fees * Ensure client satisfaction and handle any issues or escalations with professionalism and urgency * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or recruiting (staffing industry preferred) * Strong understanding of the recruiting and hiring process * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $69,669.00 per year Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * No nights Ability to Commute: * Hazle Townshp, PA 18201 (Required) Work Location: In person
