Job Summary This is a sales job that pays commission on top of the hourly rate. We are seeking cosmetics and skincare sales people, with high energy and motivation. People that are not afraid to work hard and make money. We train you on sales technics and how to demonstrate our products for maximum closing. Responsibilities * Offer samples to mall goers and convince them to try our products * Demonstrate our products according to training provided * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including product displays. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking products as needed. * Utilize retail math to track sales performance and manage stock levels effectively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Skills * Highly motivated individuals that want to make a lot of money in commissions * Ability to engage in upselling while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Familiarity with retail math to assist in inventory management. * Knowledge of cosmetology principles is a plus but not required. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to engage in upselling while maintaining a positive customer experience.
