Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to analyze customer needs, negotiate effectively, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Manage territory effectively by identifying and pursuing new lead generation opportunities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while adhering to company policies and procedures. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the designated software systems. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role is preferred. * Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and account management. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and analyzing data. * Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
