Position Summary The Roofing Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving new business and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the roofing project lifecycle. You will serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing inspections, assisting with insurance claims, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful roofing project. Leads provided, but unlimited potential with additional door knocking. Opportunity to grow into Sales Leadership role. What You 'll Do: * Free Inspections : Perform thorough exterior home inspections to assess storm damage and roofing needs, then report your findings to homeowners. * Customer Consultations : Present West County Roofing's credentials, explain service agreements, and assist customers in signing contracts. * Insurance Claims Assistance : Guide customers through the insurance claims process, ensuring they understand each step. Meet with insurance adjusters to discuss the scope of damage and ensure accuracy in claims processing with our Insurance Specialist. * Project Oversight : You will work with our Production Manager and Field Manager on all aspects of the roofing project to meet deadlines, customer expectations, and ensure high-quality service. * Lead Generation : Leads will be provided, but you will also prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and occasional door knocking. * Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Keep clients informed throughout the entire project. * Estimates and Proposals : Provide estimates on the scope of work and develop detailed project proposals. * Customer Service : Provide an outstanding customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring total satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. What You Bring: * Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and selling skills with the ability to close deals. Minimum of 2 years roofing sales experience. * Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * CRM Proficiency : Experience using a CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities is preferred. * Customer Service : Passion for providing top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, self-generate leads, and stay motivated to exceed sales targets. * Team Player : Must be able to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive work environment. * Valid Driver 's License: Insurable driving record is required. * Comfortable with Commission : This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for highly motivated sales professionals who thrive on closing deals and maximizing earnings.
