As a Field Application Engineer, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. Your core skills in IT, systems engineering, and system design will enable you to effectively demonstrate product capabilities and articulate complex technical concepts to clients. 1. Pre-Sales Technical Support * Collaborate with the sales team to visit clients, introducing the technical advantages and application scenarios of the company's products. * Understand customer needs, provide pre-sales technical support, and assist in solving issues related to product applications. * Participate in customer requirements analysis, assist customers in product selection, design verification, and mass production support. 2. Requirements Compilation and Product Optimization Recommendations * Collect customer feedback and the latest market technology trends, driving the R&D team to improve product design or features. * Analyze industry competitors, provide analysis reports, and offer recommendations to enhance market competitiveness. 3. Market Promotion * Work closely with the sales and R&D teams to provide pre-sales/after-sales technical support and drive project implementation. * Participate in technical meetings with clients and exhibition demonstrations. Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree or above in Communications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * A certain understanding of the telecommunications and server industries, familiar with mainstream market GPU/CPU brands and models, and have some knowledge of server brands and applications. * Over 2 years of experience in FAE, R&D, mechanical design, or related fields such as telecommunications equipment, servers, or data center hardware/software. * Clear logical thinking, adept at analyzing complex technical issues and proposing effective solutions. * Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
