What You'll Do: * Prospect & Build Relationships: Generate leads through warm and cold outreach, social media, and networking. You'll talk to real people, build trust, and help solve real estate problems. * Manage Your Pipeline: Organize and follow up with homeowners at various stages in the decision-making process. Consistency is key. * Evaluate Properties: Visit homes, assess condition, take photos, and help determine fair market value based on research and repair estimates. * Negotiate & Close Deals: Structure offers that meet both seller and company goals. Guide contracts through to a successful close with transparency and integrity. * Stay Market-Savvy: Conduct local research to stay ahead of trends, analyze investment potential, and identify opportunities. * Communicate & Document: Track conversations, appointments, and contracts through our CRM to stay organized and collaborative. Preferred Experience: * 1+ year in sales, real estate, or investment (not required if you're a quick learner with grit). * Familiarity with CRM software and basic office tools like Excel and Google Drive.
