Location : Bay Area Silicon Valley, California. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and sales-focused Real Estate Sales Assistant to support a high-performing real estate agent Marie Wang with Compass Real Estate. This position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to assist with client management and content marketing. You will play a crucial role in client follow-ups, database management, and helping maintain a seamless real estate process. Responsibilities: * Client Follow-up & Relationship Management: * Proactively follow up with clients to maintain relationships, ensure timely responses to inquiries, and help nurture leads through the sales funnel. Assist with ongoing client communication to keep them engaged and informed. * Sales Support : Assist in property selection and recommendations for clients based on their preferences. Help create tailored property lists, ensuring that each recommendation is aligned with the client's requirements. * Client Data Management : Input and maintain client information in the customer database. Organize and update client records, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient tracking of potential buyers or sellers.Help manage lead generation activities, including setting up email campaigns and managing social media interactions, to bring in new potential clients. Track and manage leads, converting them into prospects through consistent follow-ups and communication.Assist with property photography and videography for marketing purposes. Provide basic post- production support, such as organizing footage and editing for promotional materials.Handle administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, setting up property viewings, and managing email correspondence. Keep calendars and tasks organized to streamline day-to-day operations.Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as document management, running small errands, and general support to ensure smooth operations.Requirements: * Lead Generation Assistance : * Photography & Content Creation Support: * Administrative & Scheduling Support: * Miscellaneous Tasks : * Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication and follow-up skills. * Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is highly preferred. * Ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks independently. * Proficient in using CRM tools, social media platforms, and basic office software. * Familiarity with photography, videography, and basic editing is a plus. * Self-motivated with a focus on results and client satisfaction.
