Job Summary This position is imperative to the growth of sales for Castle in the California region. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, a born salesperson and most importantly has grit and determination to win.While new to the area, the company is being founded off the backs of hard working, high performing, experienced investors who are looking for someone that is willing to be part of the ride - both for the bad days and the good days. EXPECTATIONS: * Achieve Sales targets, new customer targets and growth revenue as set by the company. * Achieve Key Performance Indicators as set out by management. * Phone calls * Drop In's * Sales Visits * Attend Daily Huddles * Attend team call blocks for outbound prospecting. * Grow sales in the California territory of tape to cold chain and manufacturing companies. Become both a knowledge base for our clients as well as good representation for the company both with service and relationships. * Align with Castle Values and performance expectations. CULTURAL AND PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: Criteria: * Meeting specific performance criteria and metrics for the role, as laid out by management. * Effectively accomplishing the companies' priorities and projects, on time. * Arriving to work by 7:15 am or earlier on most days * Willingness to go above and beyond as circumstances require * Taking responsibility and owning the job role, requiring little to no follow-up. * Perform tasks or projects with accuracy, diligence, and proficiency so nothing needs redone. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Pleasanton, CA 94588 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Pleasanton, CA 94588: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
