Full description of the position
Job Description: This is a sales and customer facing position, no office requirement. AT&T Global Public Sector is a trusted provider of secure, IP enabled, cloud- based, network solutions and professional services to the Federal Government. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales and delivering AT&T products services and/or solutions to address customers' strategic business priorities. Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: * Client Relationship and Account Management: Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations. * Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets. * Market and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. * RFP response Management: May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities. * Customer Support and Dispute Resolution: May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues. Required Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry. * Strong understanding technology, applications, and solutions. * Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques. * Knowledge onboarding processes is a plus. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desired Qualifications: * Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 8+ years of related sales experience. * Public speaking and presentation * Prospecting and lead generation * Cross-functional collaboration * Process and compliance management * Push to Talk - LMR radio general knowledge Our Lead Client Sol Exec 3 Mobility earn a base salary between $105,400 - $158,000 + commission with a total target compensation of $170,400 - $223,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
