Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join RAW Wheels and Tires. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads generated daily through our website, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of Wheels and Tires building growth through effective selling strategies. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities * Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers. * Execute effective upselling techniques to maximize revenue from each client interaction. * Conduct outside sales visits to promote products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. * Collaborate with the management team to strategize on achieving Sales and cross sales goals. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries effectively. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. * Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. * Effectively and thoroughly learn and explain our Rent to Own program Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales. * Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. * Experience in Sales and bringing computer generated leads through the door * Technical sales experience is a plus, with the ability to understand complex product information. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques for success in sales. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
