We are putting together a personalized team to train directly with our CEO. After our newest 3 year contract, she is looking to develop bright individuals who want to grow in their career quickly. Her goal is to mold this small new team from entry level sales representatives to Sales Managers overseeing our latest client needs. We are seeking motivated, active learners to join a new dynamic at SHK Partners, Inc. In this role, you will meet virtually in the morning every day and then travel to your retail store for the week in Bel Air or Abingdon, MD. Your results will directly impact your opportunity for growth in this exclusive management development program. Responsibilities * Learn the fundamentals of Face to Face Sales in a Retail Environment * Approach and greet guests inside the store to enhance the customer experience * Negotiate contracts and close deals for customer acquisition and retention * Present achieved revenue targets and identify new business growth * Utilize CRM software to manage accounts and report on sales performance * Work with Electronics Manager and team ensuring client satisfaction * Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in sales and leadership techniques Requirements * Strong communication skills in person and virtually * Proven experience working in a team and solo * A track record of meeting or exceeding targets * An Excellent ability to learn and apply new skills * A customer-centric approach with a passion for providing service with integrity * Willing to receive feedback and provide opinions in a one on one or group setting * Sales quota to be met to make $1200/week minimum If you're ready to make an impact in the world of sales while building your career alongside our CEO, we invite you to apply today to SHK Partners, Inc.
