Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend products or services. * Assist in achieving individual and team sales goals. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. * Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Learn daily operations, inventory procedures, and opening/closing responsibilities. * Support leadership with training, team communication, and problem-solving. * Participate in company training and development programs designed to prepare you for future leadership roles. Qualifications: * Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. * Strong communication and people skills. * Ambition to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Basic math and technology skills for handling transactions and reporting. * High school diploma or equivalent required.
