Director of Manufacturing Sales - USA Reports to: Vice President, Sales North America Direct Reports: Regional Sales Directors, others as assigned Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Manufacturing Sales - USA to lead and grow our wholesale distribution and national account business across the United States. This senior leadership role will manage large, multilocation customer relationships, drive sales performance, and ensure market share expansion by working closely with regional sales teams, marketing, credit, and R&D. Key Responsibilities: * Manage national sales operations and customer relationships across wholesale and National Accounts * Monitor HVAC industry trends, pricing, and competitive activity * Lead budgeting, sales forecasting, and inventory management initiatives * Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to guide product development and promotions * Support training and development of sales teams * Ensure professional handling of customer issues and alignment with company standards Qualifications: * Proven sales leadership experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or building products * Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership skills * Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Kent, WA 98031 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Kent, WA 98031: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
