We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our dealership. If you have a passion for automotive sales and leadership, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Team Leadership * Inspire and lead our sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets. * Provide comprehensive coaching, training, and performance feedback to elevate the performance of sales associates. Sales Strategy * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. * Utilize market insights and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Customer Satisfaction * Cultivate a customer-centric culture ensuring every interaction delivers an outstanding customer experience. * Address escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention. Inventory Management * Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Inventory Manager to maintain optimal inventory levels and a diverse vehicle selection. * Monitor vehicle pricing and promotions to maintain competitiveness in the market. Performance Analysis * Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate individual and team performance. * Develop actionable plans to address areas for improvement and capitalize on strengths. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry with a proven track record of success. * Experience with CDK, Route One, ELeads CRM, and Roadster digital retailing platforms would be highly preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
