You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. No Insurance background required. Training is provided. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Sales and Customer Acquisition: Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs. * Consultative Selling: Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions * Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns they may have. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
