Position Overview: The Builder Services Account Manager plays a critical role in driving business development, client management, schedule coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing within the builder services division. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Business Development * Develop and maintain relationships with project managers and construction professionals. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow builder service offerings. Account Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests. * Initiate outreach to clients for upcoming or potential work. * Track and manage service opportunities, billing details, and client communication in the company's project management system. * Maintain up-to-date contact and project records. Scheduling Coordination * Create and maintain daily work schedules in coordination with field teams. * Ensure all job details, including contact information, purchase order numbers, and required reference numbers, are accurately recorded. * Complete and finalize the daily schedule by mid-afternoon to ensure smooth operations. Project Documentation * Review service request documents and approve them for data entry into the project management platform. * Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation before it is finalized for internal use. Proposal Development * Collect necessary information to develop service proposals. * Draft, review, and approve proposals for client presentation. * Collaborate with administrative support for large or complex proposals. Invoicing & Reporting * Regularly review work ticket reports to confirm service completion and accuracy. * Coordinate with internal billing teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in account or project management, preferably in erosion control, landscaping, or construction services. * Familiarity with scheduling and CRM/project management systems. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of erosion control practices is a plus but not required.
