Job description United Auto Group is an established, successful dealer group with over 39 stores in 8 states nationwide! We represent top brands such as INFINITI, Nissan, Hyundai, Mitsubishi. United Auto Group t is looking for* _Automotive Used Car Manager for a the group._ What We Offer * Competitive compensation plan: A Used Car Manager (working full time) has unlimited earning potential and typically earns between $75,000 to $180,000+ (with base pay, commissions, and bonuses) annually with all things being equal. * Hourly Pay plus Bonus * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401(k) with company match * Premium, ongoing professional development * Participate in Giving Home Community Service days. * Employee Programs for referral bonus, vehicle acquisition, and automotive purchases * Cross-sell across Premier Brands Responsibilities * Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process. * Establish trust among customers to establish a strong network of clientele and prospects. * Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals. * Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth. * Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance. * Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processes. * Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations. * Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. * Partner with General Manager plan and run vehicle inventory. * Assist in running controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments. * Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.
