We're looking for a high-performing, goal-oriented Senior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a key role responsible for driving topline revenue growth through new customer acquisition in our core markets. Why Franklin Brazing? Key Responsibilities * Drive new revenue growth in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors * Identify, target, and convert high-value prospects into long-term customers * Collaborate with executive leadership to implement strategic sales plans and meet annual revenue goals * Evaluate prospect needs, key decision-makers, and pricing opportunities * Negotiate contracts and expand business within newly acquired accounts Additional Duties * Develop and execute territory strategy plans with clear sales targets * Travel to customer sites and industry tradeshows across North America * Maintain consistent outbound prospecting activity, using phone, email, and industry networking to engage high-potential leads weekly * Other duties as required by the company Qualifications * 15+ years of successful and quantifiable B2B sales experience * Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing services (preferably brazing, heat-treating, or metal forming) * Proven track record of new customer acquisition and revenue growth * Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills--hunter mindset * Highly self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * Comfortable traveling up to 50%, though most prospecting will be office-based * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Active participation in relevant industry associations is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $78,450.00 - $91,122.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Quarterly bonus Experience: * B2B sales: 10 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Lebanon, OH 45036 (Required) Work Location: In person
