We are seeking a highly motivated professional for our Commercial Construction Sales team. Job Description : This position works directly with our commercial installation team and will be responsible for securing/selling projects such as new construction systems, tenant improvements, and equipment replacements. Some of the day-to-day tasks include project site visits, proposal creation, client interaction, and project coordination/management. Desired Qualifications High School diploma required (some college, preferred) Relevant sales or project management experience in the HVAC industry or other trades. Strong software and application skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe PDF) Demonstrated knowledge of professional telephone and email etiquette, professional attitude, and integrity Strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills Demonstrated experience working in fast paced, result-oriented, fluid environments Work Status Fulltime: Monday - Friday 7:30 to 4:30. Onsite Only (This position is not remote eligible.) Compensation Pay range $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary plus sales commission (based on skills, experience, and ongoing performance) Eligible on the 1st of the month after 60 days from date of hire, 100% employer-paid premiums Retirement Benefits - Eligibility for Simple IRA plan at one (1) year anniversary with employer match up to 3% Paid Holidays - Six (6) paid holidays after first 90 days. Paid Time Off (PTO) - Begins accruing on day one.
