Job Title: Sales Representative - Countertop Projects Location: all over Job Description: As a Sales Representative for Countertop Projects , you will play a key role in promoting and selling our countertop products and services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and closing sales to achieve both individual and company sales targets. You will work closely with customers, architects, designers, contractors, and builders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for their countertop projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, events, etc.). * Actively prospect and build a pipeline of potential clients in the residential, commercial, and builder sectors. * Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries related to countertop projects. * Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in the countertop industry. * Sales Presentations & Consultations: * Conduct on-site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their countertop needs and preferences. * Provide expert advice on material selection, design options, and installation processes. * Present product options and pricing, create customized proposals, and provide estimates for countertop installations. * Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. * Offer personalized customer service and respond promptly to inquiries, addressing any concerns or questions. * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to post-installation follow-up. * Collaboration with Internal Teams: * Work closely with the design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional strategies and campaigns. * Sales Tracking & Reporting: * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress. * Meet or exceed sales goals and targets as established by the company. * Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, opportunities, and market trends. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or countertop industry (experience with natural stone, quartz, or custom countertops a plus). * Strong knowledge of countertop materials, styles, and trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry professionals. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in B2B sales or working with contractors, architects, and interior designers. * Familiarity with project management and estimating software. * Basic knowledge of design software or ability to read architectural plans is a plus.
