Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for the position of an Outside Sales Professional specializing in HVAC mechanical sales. The Outside Sales Professional is responsible for designing and selling retrofit home improvements to homeowners, while developing relationships with customers and growing accounts through the promotion and selling of the company's services and products. Responsible for securing installation sales through successful bidding, while building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure profitable project completion and achievement of annual sales targets. The Outside Sales Professional is a vital member of a dynamic group whose foundation is anchored in teamwork, integrity, accountability, and enthusiasm. You are: A highly motivated, dependable, results-driven individual with great attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and team members. You are an A-player outside sales rep with a proven track record of success, ideally success with in-home B2C selling. You have an engineering aptitude which you will need to sell improvements that produce great outcomes for customers, team, and company. Compensation and Benefits: * Training pay of $6,500 per month during initial ramp period * Industry leading 100% commission structure - $100,000 annual income is minimum expectation with ceiling $275,000+ * Monthly Auto Allowance * Company Provide Cell Phone and Computer * Medical/Dental/Vision benefit package for team member and family with generous employer contribution * 401K plan with an employer match of 50% of the first 4% * Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability optional benefit * Company Provide $50,000 Life Insurance Policy, with optional additional coverage available. * 401K plan with an employer match of 50% of the first 4% * Annual performance review, First performance review after 90 days of employment, * Paid time off- team members will accrue 80 hours of PTO in their first year * Six (6) paid holidays Job Duties Include: * Run approximately 12 - 16 well qualified sales appointments per week for homeowners who are looking to upgrade their home * Earn trust with homeowners by listening and designing solutions that naturally fit their desired outcomes * Ensure solutions work, checking routing and access in all areas of home including attics and crawlspaces * Work as a team on complex solutions, communicating with support/operations to keep us installing systems that we are confident will create home success. * Provide homeowner proposal of solutions and effectively communicate the scope of work, investment, payment choices, and value of improving their home with our team * Have a clear and disciplined follow up program that keeps you in communication with homeowners working to earn the business until a decision is made * Earn the business * Upon earning business, create and upload detailed installation notes and video quickly * Complete daily CRM entries via phone or laptop and review CRM activities daily * Work daily with computer, internal cloud platform & CRM system. Using computer effectively is critical to success for the position. * Be available throughout day for calls from operations and support teams. * Provide world class customer service to your homeowners * Attend meetings and training as necessary Our Outside Sales Professional must have the following qualifications: Education: * High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications: * 3 years of proven sales success, B2C, in-home sales preferred. * Ability to manage details, fill out forms accurately and stay highly organized * Winning attitude and team player mentality. * You must have excellent time management and problem-solving skills. * Valid WA State driver with clean driving record * Strong computer skills, strong technical aptitude. * Industry experienced will be preferred Requirements * Clean background check * Clean drug screening * Valid WA driver's license and good driving record Please visit us at [please apply online] to submit resume and application.
